Joining a fund platform
To join a platform a manager must first decide on the fund structure. Creatrust will advise on the process to set up the structure in accordance with the project features in order to accommodate investors’ needs and different legal and regulatory requirements.
Prior to the setup of the fund, promoters will be able to select which platform(s) they wish their fund to be registered on. This facilitates the process of subscription for investors.

The Special Limited Partnership is a form of companies which can be incorporated in Luxembourg by one General Partner (GP) and one Limited Partner (LP - investor).
